This Privacy Policy explains how PitchIQ ("the App"), published by AI Motion Studio, handles information when you use it on iOS.
None. The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data, account information, identifiers, location, contacts, or analytics about you.
When you open the AI Consensus panel for a match, the App sends the public match details (team names, league, statistical model probabilities, recent form, expected goals, head-to-head record) to third-party AI services (Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, and xAI) to generate predictions. These details are not stored anywhere by us. The third parties process the data under their own privacy policies (linked below).
Subscription processing is handled entirely by Apple via StoreKit. We never see or store your payment information. Apple's privacy policy applies: apple.com/legal/privacy.
The App stores cached match data and your subscription state locally on your device using iOS UserDefaults and the StoreKit framework. This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App.

The App is rated 17+ and not intended for children under 17.
The App contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, and no tracking technology of any kind.
